Helpful Suggestions

  1. Print the specifications so you will have them with you with you call or order your notebook computer.
  2. Remember, the HUB can perform warranty repair on Dell and Lenovo notebooks. If you buy a laptop from a source other than Dell or Lenovo, you should be comfortable with the warranty process with that vendor or retailer.
  3. Many manufacturers (including Dell and Lenovo) offer different model notebook computers and these models may differ in their estimated life. Some models are made to be more durable and withstand more use. If you purchase a value-priced notebook computer, you may seriously consider the consequences of not purchasing warranty. Warranty is always important since you will be dependent on your laptop to complete your coursework at CSU. Warranty is particularly important if you purchase a "value-priced" notebook computer.
